Take your health and fitness to the next level. Starting with a postural and movement assessment, we will uncover areas in your body that may need more strength, flexibility or mobility. I'll design a program that fits your schedule and individual needs. It will include a combination of myofascial release, stretching and strengthening exercises, functional movements and core strengthening. It may include yoga or pilates based movement. Over a few months, you can expect to feel less pain and tension, better posture and breathing patterns, more mobility and improved strength.These workouts will be combined with a nutritional plan and lifestyle changes based on your goals, and through behavioral coaching techniques, I will help you stay on track.
